Hi..looking for a sofa that would fit the ikea ektorp slipcovers( so inexpensive) but want a better made sofa. I know pottery barn basic fit but was wondering those of you with slipcover sofas how exact would dimensions have to be. If sofa was a few inches deeper and taller would that work. every sofa I find is at least 36 or 37 deeper and taller, where the extorp and pb are 34 to 35. But slipcovers for these sofas run at least $500.
