This rocking chair was given to me when I was pregnant with my youngest child, she is now 9 years old. When my children were small they used to sit on my lap in this chair and I would rock them and sing to them. I have never known anything about it, like who made it or anything. If anyone knows, I would love to know anything about the chair. As you can probably tell in the picture, it has some damage. We had a house fire a few years ago causing the damage. The back of the chair has the worst of it, but it looks like the damage is mostly just the finish, the wood looks ok. I would like to attempt to restore the chair, but I am not quite sure of the best way to do this. I do have more pictures.
