We located a sectional that we like yesterday by Cynthia K Designs.
It features 8 way hand tied, however I am not able to find anything else about it online. Any other questions I should ask to confirm quality?

The wood. Is it a hard or soft type? Are the frame joints glued as well as stapled? The cushions, should have a good multi year warranty. Noise of any kind while in use is never a good sign of quality.

in addtionto the frame construction, 5/4 hardwood for example, you can ask about the cushioning options and upholstery choices . You can the quality of the tailoring yourself.
