I really like the Metropolis sectional. I have seen some on Craigslist for about 1/3 the price of new. The back is 148" and the right side is 106" The length of the chaise on the left is not listed. The wall where the back would be is 156". The right wall is 168" (mostly picture window), then the front door. The chaise wall is 96", then about 65" open to the dining area. There is a fake corner fireplace and mantel after the dining opening. The total length of the room is 216" (18 ft.) The straight wall next to the fireplace has a 4 ft cabinet with a 27" flat screen. There would not be any other furniture except for an ottoman or coffee table. My last sofa was destroyed in Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma in 2005. I have been using patio furniture of a loveseat, 2 chairs and a table since then. They are much too small, but is the sectional too big?
