Verner Panton wire dining chair

Verner Panton designed at dining set out of stainless steel wire with wedge shaped chairs that fit under it. This is one of the chairs. There are images on the net but I'm looking for one with a pad on the seat. If anyone is familiar with this or the construction of the pad, please share. I've only seen one picture. Thanks in advance
