Sofa/Loveseat Store in NYC

Hi,

New to the site - looking to purchase a good quality sofa/loveseat pair in NYC. Would prefer to spend <$3000 on the set as I'm still in my 20s and single - can buy nicer pieces when I decide to settle down.

Was thinking of a brown leather set. Anyone have suggestions of stores in NYC where I can find good quality at that price point?

I tried searching but didn't find anything on point. Thanks in advance for the help.

For the record - i would love to spend less than $3k, but do not want to penny pinch and sacrifice a lot of quality. Thanks.

Try Safavieh. I am familiar with the store on Central Ave and one in Connecticut but they do have a couple in the city. Not cheap but good quality. Wait til they have a sale. I got my maitland smith dining room set from them and they were cheaper than NC. http://www.safaviehhome.com. They also have an outlet somewhere.

take yourself over to ABC down on 18th st & broadway. find something you like. they will tell you the piece is manufactured for THEM only. this is total puppy poop. find out the manufacturer, go over to north carolina furniture showroom on 21st and look it up. they have all the manufacturers' books. i found my "made only for ABC" chair and half there within 20 minutes ...and for $1500 LESS.
