What vintage is this hutch?

Found this great piece, oak with veneer, red highlight looks original, dovetail drawers, 32 W x18 D x 64H. Is it 30's, 20's? I like it no matter what, but am curious. The back is stamped "No. 1355 China Brown Oak"
