Wesley Hall - John Richards Quality

I am considering purchasing a couple of leather arm chairs from a neighbor. She also has a John Richards coffee table and pair of accent chairs. I'd like opinions about the brand (sold at Neiman Marcus) if there are some who have knowledge or experience.

I know Wesley Hall - good, solid brand typically sold at higher end places.

Still, it is used (maybe not gently?) so really the quality of the brand doesn't matter much IMHO. She should be selling fairly cheap.

She's asking $500 per leather chair, and $300 for each accent chair. Oh, and $900 for the coffee table, which I've decided against. Opinions about the price of the chairs? I'm mostly wondering about resale value.
