in search of butterfly leaf...

I am looking for a 48" or larger round table with a butterfly or self storing leaf.

I have searched the internet and local stores. Cost is a big issue. I am surprised that I can't find a table. They seem to either be 42" or pub table height.

Does anyone have a table like this?
