Vintage Baker sofa with down cushions

I have a 1960's Baker sofa with down seat and back cushions which I have been storing for my children. It is very low. Is it worth saving the cushions for future reupholstry projects or should I just send it to good will. Is it worth anything? Thanks in advance everyone.
