Recliner/Chair for short lady

Hi there. I am on a quest. I am very short, 4'10", and I'm looking for a nice chair to sit in while I knit, watch tv, etc. It is rare for me to sit and have my feet touch the floor, and I'd like to find something that fits. Over the weekend, we went to Macys, and we found a chair that works size wise. It is called the Sara by Lane and is on the website. You can see it here with the dimensions:

The problem with the chair is that the style is not great for my house...not awful, but not great. The biggest problem though, is that the fabric is microfiber, and my husband & I continually got shocked. It is available in other microfiber colors, but they would all have the same effect. We live in Maine, and it gets really dry in the winter, and I do not want to deal with that.

I don't have to have a recliner, but I like that feature. Any ideas?

The perfect chair, made specifically for a woman your size:

Leathercraft model 297-07. You feet will touch the ground, its a full recliner, and probably the most comfortable chair you will ever sit in. Expect to pay $ 1,600 and up, based on the leather (no shocks!). Won't be much less in a fabric, stay with leather if you can.
