Is a 66' round table too big for 13' x 14' dining room?

The only other piece of furniture I'd want in the room (aside from the dining chairs) would be a 20" deep buffet cabinet on the shorter (13') side. I think the room is big enough for a 66" round table, but I'm concerned it might be too tight with the chairs all in and people needing to pull the chairs out. How much clearance do I need to allow to accommodate chairs and maintain room to move around behind the chairs? (The room is currently empty; we have left it unfinished since moving in almost two years ago and I'm anxious to furnish it!)
