Gently used Crate & Barrel Axis sectional question

Hello out there:

I am new to this forum and I hope some of you can put forth your thoughts on this. I have been looking for a chaise with separate small sofa sectional for a bedroom turned media room. I like the quality of the C&B Axis but it carries a hefty price tag of 2698.00!! After much shopping around, I found a copycat, smaller scale for $1200.00. And then, this week, I came across this gently used completely modular sectional off Craigslist. The only thing is, I am not sure if I could live with the right corner section looking like a piece of sectional is missing. However, the seller is willing to let this entire 3 piece go for $500.00. The upholstery, legs, springs, frames all seem to be in fine shape. Would you snatch it up? It looks fine in his large room. I am not sure how it would look in a smaller room such as ours. Feedback, please? :)

Here is a picture showing the chaise end. This gently used sectional is also a Crate & Barrel Axis.
