Need bedroom furniture to last 5-10 years.

Im not looking into furniture to last a lifetime. If i could get 5-10 years out of it I would be happy. With that being said, what brands should I be looking at? I would only like to spend enough money to get this amount of time out of the furniture.

IKEA?

A lot will depend on what style you are comfortable with and how gently you will treat the furniture.
