Need some help here. I refinish furniture so I'm not a novice but this one has me puzzled. I'm refinishing an OLD rocker . I took the old upholstery off the frame and found it has been nailed into a LOT !!! I'm only doing the stripping but the customer will be wanting to reupholster it. The boards that the fabric needs to be attached to are so full of nail and tack holes I don't think anymore can be put in. What's the best thing to do as to either filling in the holes or trying to put say a tack strip on it ? Help !
