king hickory sofa

bought a custom 3000 buck sofa leather n fabric. got it in 07. the cushions and springs are not holding up and they dont want to honor there 5 yr warranty. teresa the manager said well too bad and just hung up. i turned them into the state of tx consumer fraud. i sure wont buy anthing else from them. did get 5 stores to quit handling there lines and 4 well known interior designers trashed them!

Did manager give a reason why they would not honor the warranty?

Warranty work is typically distributed thru the dealer just like sales...but I would write a letter to King Hickory detailing the problems. Include pictures. Let KH know that you have filed a case with consumer fraud. You may want to mention this website and that it gets a million visitors monthly. See how much their reputation means to them.
