| I want to re-do my family room. It is 17' deep and 11' wide. It opens on one narrow wall from the kitchen eating area and ends with a brick fireplace cenetered on the oppositite narrow wall. One long wall has a 8' door wall to the deck. The other long wall is solid.
I plan to put shelves on each side of the fireplace and possibly make one side to have an area for a TV. Because the way the room is laid out and the glare coming in from the door wall the only place to put the TV is next to the fireplace. Ideas for new furniture and room layout? Thanks! |

| migirl...that is a logistical challenge, but think you can conquer it. Not sure what your budget is? What about a flatscreen TV above the fireplace? What color scheme and style are you going with? Will walls, floors and window treatment remain the same? |
