We are looking to buy a loveseat, wing chair and ottoman.

Does anyone have a preference or recommendation for Lee Industries or Temple Furniture, both from North Carolina?

How about an opinion on a long wearing, easy to spot clean fabric? Color will be beige. We are an older couple with a Golden Retriever. We have narrowed it down to two:

A 100% Nylon, velvet-like microfiber called âÂÂMontegoâÂÂ.

A 59% Rayon, 41% Olefin tightly woven blend rated at 39,000 double rubs.

Any help would be appreciated.
