anyone have tempur-pedic pillow?

I've had the original, contoured version for several years and have loved it but I think it's now gotten smashed down to the point that I need to replace it. I'm wondering if anyone has used any of the newer models they have out that are supposed to be a different (I think they say "softer") material.

Also wondering if it's normal to have to replace them every few years?
