Should I take the advice of ID or get what I want

This is the 3rd time I have worked with this particular Interior Designer and the first 2 times went smoothly. This time the project is bigger and I don't think we have been on the same page or communicated well. We are doing our family room/breakfast area. New wood woods and all new furniture.
It is a small and strangely shaped room with a corner fireplace of white brick. WE can only fit one chair and a sofa and loveseat. I want the loveseat and sofa to be different models but the same fabric. ID wants them to be the same model and same fabric. She originally wanted one in a print but we did not like the prints.

I want the Rowe Varick sofa with turned legs and nailheads like this: http://www.gagefurniture.com/home/products/varick-3-seat-sofa/

Then for the loveseat I want the Rockford settee : https://www.houzz.com/products/rowe-rockford-sofa-loveseat-chair-and-ottoman-prvw-vr~1092810-Rockford--Sofa--Loveseat--Chair-and-Ottoman-modern-furniture-birmingham

They will be right next to each other in an L shape with a side table and lamp in between.

The ID wants two Rockford sofas. The Rockford Settee would have different legs than all the other pieces in the room - it has straight legs as pictured and everything else in the room will have turned legs. I guess she is trying to balance out the leg styles 2 turned (chair and ottoman) and 2 straight (sofa and settee).

I just know that I LOVE the Varick sofa as pictured and I LOVE the Rockford Settee. I do not care about the legs!

What do y'all think? I found one room with different sofas but same fabric to show her. I hope I can get what I want...I am the one that has to live with it but at the same time I am paying for her advice.

HELP!
