super cute chair covers

Some time back, I saw some dining room chair covers that, from the back, look like a child's sundress with ties and buttons.........Super cute! But now I can't for the life of me remember where I saw them. Sound familiar? Has anyone seen such a thing?

I remember seeing some gorgeous slip covers that were on a chipendale style dining chair. They looked very sophisticated- like a sundress (not necessarily child like though... I THINK it was on the show "Sensible Chic" but I'm not 100% certain of that.
