How to buy or design a good sideboard/wine cabinet for DH

Hi! My DH wants a liquor cabinet/wine cabinet/sideboard. I have room for one in the dining room. I have an idea of what I'd want it to look like: like a sideboard, but with 3 cabinet areas, maybe one for bottles, then a wine rack exposed, then another cabinet for glassware. I would want it to also be able to serve as a sideboard.
Is there anything like that I can buy or will I need to design it and ask my cabinet maker to build it? If I do that, I think maybe I could get him to build it to accomodate a small wine fridge as well.

Float your idea past the geniuses on the Kitchens Forum. I think that you can assemble this from cabinets, or have the cabinetmaker do it. I doubt it's a regular piece of ready-made furniture, but it should be easy to make.
