 o
pottery barn and it's inferior wood finishes

My mom re-decorated her living room, all from pottery barn. Unfortunately the wood used on tables was really never dried. So 14 months after delivery, the finish on all 3 living rm. tables started to lift. They have sent out a wood Dr. who also said the same, and said that P.B. will have to replace them.
I have been hammering at these guys since 4-08, it's now2-09. almost a year.
My only concern is my mom can't find the receipts for just the tables. All the others show up.
Does anyone know what the Raleigh collection sold for? 1 Coffee table, 1 Console and 1 Side table

Thanks Pops

Call coporate customer service and speak to supervisor and complaint to them - it took us several calls and then we talked to district manager. Also, refer to this site http://meredith.wolfwater.com/wordpress/2009/01/21/customer-service-pr oblems-with-pottery-barn-kids-part-deux/

I think if they dont improve their customer service soon, they are going to alienate the customers that do have stable jobs and would purchase furniture. After our experience they've definitely lost us as a customer.
