Island Collection Outdoor Wicker Replacement Cushions

Hi All:

It's snowing here in Atlanta but I am trying to get replacement cushions for my outdoor furniture. No sense in waiting, right :)

I have the Island Collection (1) 2 seat love seat and two matching chairs. The cushions have taken on a weird feel that grosses us out. I thought I could take out the stuffing; wash the coverings and re-stuff but the stuffing is disintegrating as well. I tracked down the manufacturer and they want MORE for replacement cushions than we paid for the furniture new. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to buy replacement cushions at a reasonable price. My wife does NOT want to re-cover over the existing cushions as she feels they are "disgusting and will trap in all of the nastiness" (or something like that). Any ideas would be appreciated.

Suggest replacing the stuffing with a open cell dry-fast foam. Try contacting a local reupholstery shop or shop online for this type of foam.

I agree with rmanbike visit an experienced upholsterer and have them make new cushions and use a high quality cushion core.

I am in the same boat, I think we have the same set. Did you ever find someone to make the cushions for you. I am curious how much it cost. makes them, they are expensive.
