 o
buffet or server to match maitland smith aged regency dining

Hi all,

I am looking for a buffet or server to match maitland smith (aged regency finish)dining table set that I have. I would like the option of my dining room as my home office when necessary and would like to stash my files and so forth in the server/buffet. I don't want the dining room to look like a home office so I want something that matches the maitland smith look/design/color etc. I also don't want anything too clunky/chunky. Any ideas of a brand to check out? - similar price range would be preferable.

Thanks

Sherry

Some other high end brands would include Henkel Harris, Century and Craftique.

Check out Theodore Alexander--I think it's the same company as Maitland-Smith, some of their finishes are very similar.

I have a 1920s dark walnut sideboard that I use as my office credenza - it has clean lines, tapered legs with brass saber caps. A vintage mahogany sideboard in a Regency, Sheraton or Federal style might be a nice compliment to your dining set. The quality and price of vintage pieces can't be beat either.
