Does anyone know about Masonite's durability for furniture use? I've done quite a bit of research on today's furniture construction and realize that even high-end companies use plywood/chinese leather etc. We've chosen a furniture company in which we have a certain amount of trust for our price range. They assemble their furniture locally. I knew this company used plywood but was disappointed to learn they also use masonite in parts (non-load bearing) of their construction. Would like some feedback. Will post in a few weeks about their customer service.
