Hello,

I just purchased my first home and bought a sectional at Macy's. It arrived damaged, couldn't be replaced properly, and after 7 months of terrible customer service they are finally refunding me and picking the sectional up.

I now need a new couch. I have been to countless stores, and I am having a hard time finding brands that look nice and feel comfortable.

I may have found two winners. One is from Thomasville and the other is a King Hickory couch. I keep hearing terrible things about both, but I also feel like people voice their opinions more when they're disappointed rather than happy. Has anyone had good experiences with either of these brands? I know Thomasville had a good reputation in the past, but perhaps this has changed.
