Youth furniture quality help

We are currently in the market for some youth furniture for our kids. We have been shopping around and have found a number of different manufacturers. Does anyone have any experience with these folks? Should we specifically avoid anyone?
Lea furniture, Legacy Kids, Hooker, Stanley Young America, Vaughan Bassett, Broyhill.
Thanks for all your help. |

RE: Youth furniture quality help

| In the past 8 years, we have bought 3 different furniture sets for our 3 kids. We purchased from Ethan Allen, Stanley YA, and Costco. Ethan Allen's furniture was very nice quality, as nice as anything we have in our own bedroom. Stanley was less so, just not quite as solid and the finish hasn't held up as well as EA, but just fine IMO for a child's room. We found the Costco furniture to be equivalent to Stanley, perhaps a little heftier in weight. (Maybe because we actually moved it ourselves, LOL.) Any more questions let me know... Good luck. |
