I believe Lee would be rated better than Norwalk. Honestly I think that 1500 is a bit high for used furniture on craigslist.

Lee, not even close. The price sounds very high. Used upholstery does not command much of a price in my experience.

I like both. Norwalk uses drop in springs, rather than 8-way hand-tied. I'm not sure how much difference that makes: maybe others on this forum could say.

I bought the Norwalk sectional. It was $1250. I called the local store who would sell me the exact model for around $4500 so I feel comfortable with the price. I loved the Lee couch but it just wouldn't fit up my stairs. The Norwalk just fit. It's comfortable and hubby approved.
