Hello,
Im in the process of looking for a good quality sofa sectional for a family of 5. Been considering the Vail Sectional by Flexsteel. Wondered if anyone has bought this piece. If so, how comfortable & durable has it been?

If they are gone, they have been deleted by 'the powers that be' here at GW. It's quite likely that they were spam posts, as this forum seems to get hit by spammers quite a bit.

Nope, I posted one of the responses and saw another and they were defnitely not spam...

I'm clueless then. You could try contacting GW via the Contact US link found in the green banner at the bottom of any page. It would help them if you give them the URL of this thread too.

Love this sofa! I got the upgraded cushions. My husband and I are thrilled. It sits supportive and firm, and the attached back pillows are plush and cradle your back. I am very particular about sofas; I hate to sink down low into them. I highly recommend the upgraded cushions ($100). In total I paid close to $2500, but I am so glad I did. I was replacing an Ethan Allen sofa that had been expensive, but it lasted 20 years. Go to a true Flexsteel gallery to get the to see all the fabric options.

Flexsteel makes a pretty nice product. It has a plywood frame, utilizes their patentended blue steel curved suspension and had a wide selction of covers. Ask about their cushion options and select a step up if it is available.
