We just purchased a second home/condo in SW Florida. We won't move into the unit until next October. We're committed through April with our current lease and there is a tenant in the condo we purchased.

So, I spotted a really nice bedroom suite on Craigslist, that looks like solid fruitwood of some sort. What if I rented a storage unit-not air conditioned-to store it in until next October. Am I asking for heartbreak?
