Just do COL (Customer's Own Leather) and order them that way. DO NOT try to tone the existing leather. Those stools take very little material, probably would only need 6 to 8 square feet per barstool. Typical COL hide prices are appx $ 15 to $ 20 per square foot.

So I would buy a hide at Tandy or such and provide that to them and then the additional cost would be $20 per chair? We are buying seven chairs which I think would require 2 hides. This chair has a seat plus front and back to the back.
