Building a drawer, most cabinet shops can. But getting the finish to match will be difficult at best. If you could be able to contact one of the guys who worked in their finishing department, I think would be your best option to ensure a matching drawer.

A repair of the damaged drawer would probably turn out better (unless it's really bad).
