| We have it! Ordered it online thru Bari furniture. Big issues with the manufacturer of 'Baker' model reclining loveseat. Bari has informed us that both loveseats will be replaced by Leather Italia. We have been told by Bari, that the company will no longer be using the factory that made ours and so should not have same issues with footrests. Other than the leather and fabric separating from the footrest base, we like the loveseats, nice leather, very comfortable. |

| well we did it,we ordered the leather italia,hanover set. our local store matched the online price i found. cant wait till it arrives :) |

Update; Follow up to my response to OP question, earlier this year.
Brief history: May 2009 ordered 2 Leather Italia loveseats thru Bari online furniture store. The arrived 6-8 weeks later with fabric (there was no leather) under footrests on both pieces frayed/torn.
We called Bari customer service at time of delivery, they notified the manufacturer, reordered the loveseats, which were manufactured in a different factory than the first order.
They were finally delivered yesterday. They actually have leather on the underside of the footrests, as we had expected the first time. They are really nicely made, very comfortable, and soft leather.
Although it has been a long process, Bari customer service has been outstanding, especially Jessica! |
