Comfortable couch company: anyone buy here before?

I've found this company referenced in the forums, but no one has described actual dealings with them. Their described manufacturing standards seem to be top notch and their prices are reasonable but not so low it seems too good to be true. Anyone have dealings with them before?

Here's hoping this will spur some folks to weigh in. I'd love to hear about the Comfortable Couch Company as well. How was your experience with them? How well are the products made? How do they hold up?

I see that they use a pocketed coil system for their seat support. This is not the same as 8-way hand-tied and appears to be more inspired by how mattresses are designed. I know the hand-tied are best, and the serpentine systems are fairly standard now, but I'm not sure about the separate springs. Anyone have any comments on that bit too?
