Just bought a 'flipped' house. Am not even moved in all the way...
today is rainy in central Florida. Temp 70-80.
Saw that both my bathrooms have very wet floors- the floors are tiled.
did the flipper skimp and no put a barrier down? Or is the heavy rain ausing this?
Thx

Condensation from the humidity is the culprit. Just like your cold glass of tea will have condensation on the exterior. Once you are living in the home and using the HVAC, it will go away once the interior temperature is stabilized....if the AC isn't oversized. A dehumidifier during the cool but humid months will also help. You want your indoor RH to staiblize around 30%.
