Some years ago, I foolishly painted my slab. (although it was a pretty good imitation of tile- if I do say so myself)
But now that funds are available to really put down tile, Ineed to prep and remove the apint. I used a primer and reg. latex paints then topped it off with a waterbased clear sealer. Before the paint, it had old 8x8 tiles with the black cutback adhesive. I used Lestoil and lots of hot water to remove most if not all of that.I dont want to sand /grind_too much dust. So do i have any alternatives?
