radiant floor heat and hardwood floors

I'm wondering if anyone can share their experience with or knowledge about using hardwood floors with radiant floor heating. Our new house has radiant floor heat but currently has carpet and ceramic tile in areas where we would like to have hardwood floors. From my online research, hardwood flooring is definitely an option if engineered wood is used as well as a special pad (warmboard? - I've forgotten the name). I also understand it's best to float the floor, vs nail or glue.

If you have radiant heat and hardwood floors, how do you like it? Have you run into any problems? Any installation tips? Any floating floor issues?

Thank you for any advice you can give!
