| Just when I thought that the hard work of choosing flooring for our new house was over, I have to make another decision. We are building on a slab and the tile and ditra will meet the berber carpet and underpad. The flooring salesperson is asking me if I would like to use the Schluter Schiene or the Schluter-RENO-TK where these two meet. I'm not sure what to use. I like how the Schiene is less noticeable but it sounds like the reno-tk may prevent the carpet from lifting or fraying a bit more?? If anyone has any advice or pictures to share, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |

| Did you go on the schluter website?... sounds like shluter schiene is what you need its just a transition break between carpet and tile unless you get a carpet guy to tuck the carpet under were it meets tile. |
