Beech hardwood flooring

more flooring questions from me as I make my choices. Someone suggested beech. I saw some photos online and am trying to track a sample down. I cannot quite figure out what color it is as the photos I see are all varied, perhaps stained. what color is beech with a water based finish? Anyone have beech flooring and a photo to share? What are your thoughts on it?

No pics but beech naturally has a pink undertone. With water bourne you could probably expect pink yellow and maybe a very light brown.
