| We recently purchased and had 1100 feet of Casabella Asian walnut floors installed. I cannot tell you how DISAPPOINTED we are with these floors. Not only is the wood soft-it easily dents like pine-but the individual board widths vary by as much as 1/16th of an inch. It is impossible to get a floor that doesn't have a lot of gaps between the boards. I would urge you not to purchase these floors. The price is definitely cheaper than other brands but it is in fact an inferior product. |

| In order to not have gaps, your installer needed to deliver the hardwood to your home and have it sit in your home for 3 days to become regulated to the temperature of your home. Additionally, you need a dehumidifier in your home. |
