| I just learned that Mannington is changing to a click and lock installation method for its Adura luxury vinyl plank flooring (floating floor system) The dealer I talked to said there were too many problems with the tab to tab adhesive method. (I'm not sure of the correct lingo.)
Does anyone have experience with this revised Mannington product? Does anyone know if other manufacturers have or are going to switch to this vinyl plank installation method? Thanks much. A girl named "Max" |

| Tab to tab has been a disaster! Costing installers a lot of time and money being blamed for the poor design. |

| Floor guy, Have you used the newer Mannington click and lock type vinyl floor plank? Comments? Thank you, Max |
|
| It is the same lock as Mannington's laminate flooring. It is unique in the lock design, and does not install like another lock design. It is what it is. |

| Hello Floor Guy, Please explain what you mean by "it is what it is". I would really appreciate your opinion. Thanks much. |

| Floorguy: "Tab to tab has been a disaster! " Why? I have installed it in 4 bathrooms and not had any problems. My first installation was in our current home about 4 years ago. Floor still looks great. |

| barbcollins---I, too, have had good luck with tab to tab. No bathrooms...but a laundry room where the floor has gotten a serious wetting more than once. |
