| We installed Long-leaf heartwood pine floors about five years ago, finished with Tung Oil. We are selling our home now and would like to put a little "gleam" on the floors finish, without having to refinish them. What is the best way to add a little shine? Thanks! |

| Do another coat of tung oil in a semi gloss finish. That is the only thing that should ever be used on your floors. |

| Then the next owner has to sand all the way down to bare wood if he wants to recoat. Wax retards adhesion of any future finishes. |
