Reinforcing i joists??

Hope someone can help and I hope this is the right place to post. We're redoing our kitchen which has a floor that seems bouncy. I'm worried that the new tile will crack from the flexing.

We have i joists that run about 24 feet long. See pic. What is the best way to reinforce them? The red line is the load metal i beam thing.

I know with regular joists you can sandwich it with 2 x 10's, but how would that work with the i joists? Isn't there a nailing pattern that I should be concerned with as well that wouldn't really work with these joists?

Thanks in advance.
