Need info on refinishing white oak, and on OSMO please

The furniture is off of the 1st floor and the floor is to be sanded on Monday. The company recommended Minwax Provential stain and oil finish. After reading a bit on GW, I am thinking that I did not do enough research. It looks like the product OSMO has some great benefits, but may be much more expensive and I am not sure if readily available for starting in a couple of days.

Any info I can gather to make the decisions is appreciated.
