| I want to do a built in dry bar to the left of my fireplace, there will be a beverage center/mini fridge housed in it. My question is:
1. should I lay the laminate flooring first and the built in sits on top of it? 2. should I do the built in first, then lay the hardwood floor up to the edge of the built in? Which one will look nicer? what if the water leaks from the fridge, would I damage the laminate? |
Follow-Up Postings:
|
| Laminate goes up to the bar positively. Water will ruin laminate floor normally. |
|
| Read up on the basic laminate installations. Never build something on top of it, unless you want buckles & pops. |
