Hello

I'm trying to match the wood on my floor ... does anyone know what type of wood it is? Someone suggested red oak or ash?

Thank you

Greg it looks just like my select red oak, clear finish.

Ash and red oak are commonly mistaken for each other. Granted i had to take a double look at it. But im confident its ash.

The top three rows are very distinctive of ash.
And if you look at the grain work its long and narrow more so than red oak is.

Im sure some may disagree with me but like i said based off what i see i am confident its Ash.
