| Hi all. I'm brand new to this forum. I've done a search to see if I can find an answer to my question and nothing popped up.
I live in the NYC metro area. A local rug store has quoted me a price of $60 p/sq yd for Nouristan wall to wall 100% wool carpet, installed. The store has a good reputation, so I'm confident about the quality of the padding they'll supply and the work they'll do. Is that a reasonable price? They're local and they're known to be good, both of which are good things, so I don't need the very, very lowest price in all the land. I'm willing to pay a bit to go with a store I know I can rely on to do a good job, but I don't want to pay a ridiculously high price. |
