cracks between new flooring tiles are huge

So this past summer, we had someone replace part of our floors after having some walls knocked out-- we were unhappy with the work as we were assured that the floors were going to match the existing flooring, and they not only didn't match, but were installed unevenly, bumpy, poorly sanded and the stain job wasn't even complete. But we got over it. Now that it's winter and we are getting some of the cracks that you expect, the cracks are actually really HUGE in much of the area that they replaced. Like, you can fit 2-3 quarters in between many of the tiles now (see photo attached--2 quarters and a dime, fitting loosely between the tiles). Not really sure how much of a departure from normal this is? The original flooring in the apartment is only experience minimal spaces appearing between only a few of the tiles. Is this fixable??
