| Anyone have or have had birch wood floors? We are deciding between Maple or Birch but I cant find many people who have used Birch to hear some "real life" stories. It will be hard wood fllors finished on site.

| Very similar to maple. I personally love red birch which is the heartwood. |

| We have just finished installing birch in our home, and love it! I find it has much more colour variation and knots than maple. We also have two lively dogs, and because it is a little more rustic looking, I am not as paranoid about scratches and the odd knick. |
